HSS burrs 1424
HSS burr
Application recommendations: 1. HSS burrs, thanks to their special tooth geometry and high production quality, particularly suitable for deburring, chamfering, cast-iron fettling and processing aluminium. They can also be used cost-effectively with low-power machines in the low turning rate range.
2. HSS burrs should be used with low-revolution machines, compared to hard-metal burrs. 3. They are not available for applications where there are high revolution rates. 4. The toughness of high-speed steel (HSS) provides greater stability of tooth cutting.
Tooth system 5 without chip deflector.
Tooth system 1 without chip deflector.
