Precision collet GERC-HPD - sealed

Design: Precision collets GERC-HPD similar to DIN ISO 15488-A (old DIN 6499). The collets have an average system accuracy of 3 µm (with distance 3 x D max. 50 mm) in precision collet chucks (for GERC8-HP it is 6 µm). They are all protected against corrosion with the new FAHRION Protect coating. GERC-HPD collets have a seal for internal cooling and can be used up to 120 bar. Shanks with lateral face can only be used in a limited way, i.e. the face must be behind the rubber plug to ensure sealing. They are especially suitable for use in the HSC range and for high- precision machining results. GERC-HPD does not have clamping diameter bridging (tolerance h8). During use in a standard collet chuck, the blue identification ring must be removed.
