Design: Body made of tempered steel. The special surface hardening ensures increased resistance to wear. The carbide runner pins ensure greater torque, faster processing and improved tool life. In addition there are set screws integrated in the shank for clearance angle adjustment. Supplied without knurling wheel. Application: For form knurling (non-cutting forming). Plunge knurling can be used to produce all knurling patterns/profiles and markings. Feed knurling can be used to produce the profiles RAA, RBL and RBR. Note: With ClickPin ® for a quick exchange of the thumb wheel via spring pressure piece. Knurling wheels: All knurling forms can be used. Machine type: Lathes/automatic lathes – CNC and conventional – upper shank edge = centre height.
