Automobile body file

Design: Body file blade with a positive rake angle and unique sharp teeth for optimum surface finish. An excellent cutting performance is achieved by the special manufacturing process which creates razor- sharp teeth. Due to the domed shape of the blade, the cutting teeth are not on a straight surface, but have in the middle their greatest and sides their least height, so as to avoid scratches on the workpiece. Application: Suitable for working sheet metal of any kind, especially for the automobile and body shop. Applied everywhere where smooth, scratch-free surfaces must be achieved. These can be painted directly. No polishing needed.

Automobile body file holder

Design: Lightweight, strong and ergonomic file holder made of die-cast aluminium, painted silver. By using the continuously adjustable tension device, the automobile body file can be bent more or less sharply convex. Thereby, a specific adaptation to various surface shapes is possible.
