Compressed-air couplings

Safety coupling NW 7.4

Design: Pushbutton design. The housing is made of aluminium with oil and heat resistant nitrile seals, button and valve are made of zinc plated hardened steel, internal parts are made of stainless steel and the threads are nickel plated brass. The flow rate at 6 bar is 1800 l/min (∆p=1 bar). These couplings conform to ISO Standard 4414.

Technology: The coupling is done by depressing the plug. After the plug snaps audibly, the clutch is locked. The uncoupling takes place by pressing the push button. On first press the coupling is vented, however, the plug remains secured in the coupling. Pushing the second time releases the plug.
