Oil binding agent

Design: Mineral granulate based on calcium silicate hydrate type III R. Absorbing or chemical binding of organic and inorganic compounds, such as oils, used oils, greases, lubricants, alkalis, paints, lacquers, solvents, hydrocarbons. Avoid contact with strong acids and oxidising agents. Non water-repellent and non-buoyant. Bulk weight: ca. 680 g/l, 1 litre of oil binder binds 0.48 litres of fuel oil, grain size: 0.125-1 mm. Application: Binds oils and other liquid spills, suitable for traffic areas. For the cleaning and securing of industrial floors and to scatter dangerous traces of oil on roads and taxiways.

High-pressure adhesive grease

Design: Temperature resistant from –25 °C to +80 °C, good protection from seawater and salt air, good atmosphere-resistance. Application: For lubricating rolling and plain bearings, even in mixed-friction areas, especially grease lubrication for all permissible running speeds. Corrosion protection of sliding parts, especially cable. Excellent corrosion protection against exposure to aggressive water, gases and alkalis. Ideal for open gears, screws, hinges, bearings, plain bearings and water pumps, water turbines, sluice gates, car washes, cylinder guides, lead screws, screws in underwater equipment, offshore components, lifting equipment, containers and trailer lashing equipment, yachts and shipyard supplier components.

Chain adhesive spray

Multi-purpose grease

Design: The special longlife active ingredient combinations are lithium-emulsified for emergency operating features. The dropping point lies above 180 °C. Consistency index according to DIN 51818: NLGI grade 2. Application: Universal grease for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings, even in mixed friction areas, especially for all sliding speeds permissible for grease lubrication. Reduces friction and wear even under high loads. Resin-free, with colloidal graphite. Temperature resistant from –30 °C to +120 °C. Bearing protection against harmful contaminants. Also with protective properties against corrosion and maintaining the lubricating effect even in the presence of seawater. Ideal for agricultural machinery, construction equipment, excavators, trucks, tractors, stone crushers, semi-trailers, etc. as well as lifts, battery chargers, conveyor belts and water pumps. Possible designation according to DIN 51502: KPF2K-30. Light. Temperature resistance from –30 °C to +120 °C, (for short periods up to +130 °C). Protects against corrosion and maintains the lubricating effect even in the presence of water.
