Solid Carbide 3 Flute Mini Slot Drills

Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, 45°, fire-coated. Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools. Dry machining possible. Air cooling recommended. Application: Can be used for milling keyways and feather key grooves as well as for universal machining. Feed is approx. 50% higher than with a 2-edged cutter. The 45° spiral results in a soft and peeling cut and thus a high surface quality. Burr formation on the cutting edges is avoided.
