Design: Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type N, DIN 6527, 30°, fire-coated with centre cut. Cutting speed approx. 50 % higher than with non-coated tools. Dry machining possible. Application: Can be used for copy milling and slot cutting as well as for universal machining. Note: Copy milling; cutting values preferred at ap = 0.05 x d 1 and ae = 0.1 x d 1 .

Design: Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type N, according to company standard, 30°, TiAlN-coated, with centre cut. Cutting speed approx. 50 % higher than with non-coated tools. Dry machining possible. Application: Tapered neck makes it suitable for copy milling and slot cutting especially in deep areas. Suitable for HSC machining up to 52 HRC.
