Wikus band saw coil DIAMANT

Design: Made of alloyed tool steel for good wear resistance both on the tooth tips and the blade body. In addition, the band saw blade has a specially hardened and tempered blade back, increasing material strength and reducing wear in such a way that permits higher stock removal parameters. Supplied in 30.5 m coils. Application: For general sawing work with plain and low-alloy steels and non-ferrous metals. Preferably for smaller and medium-sized cross-sections up to max. 70 mm working length.

N = Standard tooth, rake angle 0°. H = Hook tooth, rake angle positive.

Design: HSS machine saw blade with 0° rake angle, made of HSS 1.3343 (DMo5) vacuum-hardened, 7° saw blade with positive rake angle. Application: Universal saw blade for most cutting applications, straightforward, sturdy and reliable. 7° saw blade particularly suitable for long-chipping and tough materials such as stainless steels. Design: Komet SB-5 brand product made of high-strength HSS steel using the latest manufacturing methods, recognised for maximum tool life and versatile application. Komet VP-7 saw blade with additional variable tooth pitch and positive teeth. Application: For quality cuts with top performance in long-chipping and tough materials such as stainless and acid-resistant steels. The tooth geometry reduces vibration during sawing. The variable tooth pitch extends the range of applications. Design: Komet Ko-Bi high-performance saw blade which is practically unbreakable under normal operating conditions thanks to the spring steel back and HSS steel welded on. Application: For universal use thanks to high fracture resistance.
