Brazed carbide tipped lathe tools

Application: For general turning work. P25/P30 is suitable for steel, cast steel, long-chipping iron materials and malleable iron. K10/K20 is preferred for short-chipping iron materials (e.g. grey iron up to 220 HB) and non-ferrous metals (such as copper, brass and light metal alloys). All lathe tools are also available in the carbide types P10, P20, P40, M10/20 on request.

Design: DIN 4971-DIN 4981 or according to company standards DIN 263/282 and 283. All steel shanks with approx. 750 N/mm 2 strength and flat-milled contact surface. All lathe tools have a sharp-ground carbide cutting plate soldered on. Tolerance overall length: max. ± 5 %. Material/cutting plates: Carbide types ISO-range P25/P30 and K10/K20.
