Taper angle: Tolerance AT3. Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm. Bore tolerance: H5. Concentricity < 0.01 mm. Balancing quality: G6.3 min 15000 -1 . Application: For mounting cutters with transverse groove , DIN 1880. Supplied: Mount-on milling holder with tightening bolt.

Precision combi mount-on milling holder

Design: DIN 69871, form AD/B, precision balanced. Made of alloy case- hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of ca. 950 N/mm 2 and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Hardened 60 -2 HRC. All functional surfaces machi- ned. Taper according to DIN 254. With transverse and longitudinal grooves. Taper tolerance: AT3. Concentricity: < 0.006 mm. Balancing quality: G2.5 22000 min -1 . Application: For clamping shell end mills DIN 841 and DIN 1880 as well as single angle milling cutters DIN 842 and milling heads DIN 1830. Supplied: Shell end mill arbour complete with cutter retaining screw, driving ring and feather key.
