Design: DIN 69893, form A, precision balanced. From special case-har- dened steel for highly stressed components, with a core tensile strength of min. 1000 N/mm 2 . Hardened 58-2 HRC. All functional surfaces machined. More precise than DIN. Concentricity: < 0.003 mm. Balancing quality: G2.5 25000 min -1 . Application: For clamping cutters with cylindrical shank in collets to DIN 6499. Supplied: Collet chuck cpl. with clamping nut (balanced, with anti- friction coating for increased clamping force, without coolant pipe. Note: Dimension I 2 specifies the maximum insertion depth for tools.

All functional surfaces precisely machined. More precise than DIN. With coolant outlet holes on the end face for milling cutters and internal cooling. Concentricity: < 0.006 mm. Balancing quality: G2.5 25000 min -1 . Application: To mount cutter heads and milling cutters with cross groove to DIN 1880 as well as mounting to DIN 2079 from clamping diameter 40 possible (4 additional threaded holes). Supplied: Milling head mounting cpl. with cutter retaining screw, without coolant pipe.
