Precision hydro expansion clamping chuck

Design: HSK 63, DIN 69893, form A, with internal cooling. Material with tensile strength of 1600–1800 N/mm 2 and hardness of 52 ±2 HRC. Hydraulic fluid is compressed using a hydraulic clamping set (pressure screw, pressure pin, seal). The pressure forces developed effects even deformation by which the tool shank is being clamped with high concentricity (max. 3 µm). Taper to DIN 254. Taper angle: Tolerance AT3. Maximum speed: 40000 min -1 . Optimal operating temperature: 20–50 °C. Coolant pressure maximum: 80 bar. Range of adjustment: 10 mm. Balancing quality: G2.5 25000 min -1 . Supplied: Hydro expansion clamping chuck with hexagon T-key.
