Folding rules

EC accuracy classes The EC accuracy classes define the maximum variations in measurements. They are divided into 3 classes, considering material and temperature. Tolerances: Folding rulers: Class I: ± 0.2 mm to 1 m; ± 0.3 mm to 2 m Class II: ± 0.5 mm to 1 m; ± 0.7 mm to 2 m; ± 0.3 mm above the joint Class III: ± 1.0 mm to 1 m; ± 1.4 mm to 2 m; ± 0.5 mm above the joint

Tape measures: Tolerances of 20 °C and a tensile force of 20 Newtons (N) for plastic and 50 Newtons (N) for stainless steel tapes

Class I: ± 1.1 mm to 10 m Class II: ± 2.3 mm to 10 m Class III: ± 4.6 mm to 10 m

Wooden folding rule

Design: Made of beechwood, brass-plated steel spring, riveted arm connection, 3.0 mm thick arms, colour white, black mm graduation on the upper and lower arm edges.
