Shaft testing device vertical and horizontal in lightweight design

Design: Vertical base plate with 3 hardened support surfaces, adjustable. Measuring beam made of hard anodised aluminium, aluminium tailstock. Vertical and horizontal alignment. Load capacity up to 15 kg. Supplied in transport packaging. Application: For fast measurement of diameters, distances, shoulders, run-out and concentricity etc. For vertical and horizontal use. Note: Supplied without measuring stand, dial gauge or guide rail. Dial gauges are found from Ç 4/43.

Design: Robust construction, large application area. Either analogue or digital dial gauges can be used. Dial gauge mounting hole ∅ 8 mm, repeatability 2 µm. Supplied with pairs of probes (Order No. 4314 0040 + 4314 0050) and probe holder (Order No. 4314 0085 and 4314 0090), in aluminium case. Application: For the determination of internal and external diameters on grooves and reliefs in the comparative measuring procedure. The measurement to be taken is determined at the reversal point between a fixed and a moveable probe element. Particularly suitable for serial measurements.

Note: Supplied without dial gauge. Dial gauges are found from Ç 4/43.
