All-steel lever clamp

Design: Slide rail, fixed bracket and pressure plate made from one piece of structurally opti- mised, cold-drawn profile steel, mobile bracket made from forged and galvanised zinc-plated heat-treatable steel, raster mechanism for regulated and secure clamping, cam made from wear-resistant sintered steel, with plastic-covered release lever, swivel-mounted, hardened and galvanised zinc-plated steel pressure plate, with ergonomic handle. Application: For clamping in little time and with little force.

Design: Slide rail made from one piece of structurally optimised, cold-drawn profile steel; mobile bracket and fixed bracket made from high-strength and lightweight magnesium, raster mechanism for regulated and secure clamping; with ergonomic handle; mobile pressure plate and retaining ratchet made from shatterproof, glass-fibre-reinforced plastic. Fixed bracket with four-way prism below the removable plastic protective cap. Application: For clamping in little time and with little force. Clamping force up to 1.2 kN.

Single-hand clamp

Design: Slide rail, fixed bracket and pressure plate made from one piece of structurally optimised, cold-drawn profile steel; mobile bracket made from forged and galvanised zinc-plated heat-treatable steel; casing and ergonomic single-hand clamping lever made from glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide ; can be operated both using the handle and from the rail side; with button to move the mobile bracket quickly. A guide bushing keeps the pressure plate straight; with 2-component plastic handle. The screw clamps are fitted with removable plastic protective caps on the pressure plate and on the upper part for gentle clamping. Application: Affix in one movement with the clamping lever, without the standard resetting, fastening and loosening using the 2-component handle. Also ideally suited for overhead work. Clamping force up to 5 kN.
