Design: Made of stainless surgical steel, air-hardened and tempered. Polished head. Hardened blades with precision sharpening, easy single-handed cutting, cut smoothly and cleanly, without squashing. Self-locking and adjustable screwed hinge with clamping protection. Handles moulded with impact-resistant plastic, insulated up to 1000 V, in line with IEC 60900, DIN EN 60900, VDE 0682/Part 201. Application: For cutting single- and multi-wire copper and aluminium cables. Note: Not suitable for steel wire and hard-drawn copper conductors.

Cable shears with telescopic arms

Design: Blade head made of forged special tool steel (interchangeable), hardened and tempered in oil. Polished head. With clamping protection and adjustable screwed hinge. Lighter and cleaner cut thanks to the new blade shape, less effort required due to optimum gear ratio. Arms made of high-strength aluminium oval pipe, 4 different arm length settings between 400 and 600 mm. The articulated joint has different settings to allow for working in narrow spaces and to optimise the lever arm in the case of fully pulled-out arms. Handles with multi-component plastic covers. Application: For single- and multi-wire copper and aluminium cables. Note: Not suitable for steel wire, hard-drawn copper conductors or steel wire.
