Testing pump, electric

Design: Self-priming electric testing pump with high-performance piston pump with low- wearing pressure piston made of stainless steel for high capacity and long service life. Intake hose with filter to suction from containers or to connect a tube valve. Muted, glycerine-filled pressure gauge and high-pressure hose with fabric insert to reduce measurement errors. Application: Pressure and leakage testing (in accordance with DIN 1988) with water, water solutions and emulsions. For liquids with a pH value 7–12, temperature –30 °C to 60 °C and viscosity ≤ 1.5 mPa. For the simple and quick testing of pipe systems, also suitable for large systems.

Self-testing pressure pump, with check valve and pressure gauge (∅ 60 mm), 0–4 bar, detailed scaling, accuracy 0.1 bar increments. Application: For leakage testing of gas lines and devices with operating pressures of up to 150 mbar. Tightness test for drinking water house installations in line with DIN 1988 (TRWI) of 3 bar/150 bar. Load test in line with DVGW-TRGI 96 7.1.2 with test pressure of 1.0 bar. Tightness test for water column in line with DVGW-TRI 96 7.1.3 with test pressure of 150 mbar. Setting of atmopsheric burners and forced-air burner from 0–30 mbar. Liquid gas test (lower pressure) with test pressure of 40–60 mbar in acc. with TRF 96 9.4. Liquid gas test for propane/butane with test pressure of 150 mbar in acc. with TRF 96 9.4.
