Flap grinding wheel Cubitron™ II

967A Design: Precision formed ceramic grain (Cubitron™ II), in high-strength synthetic resin bonding connected to the curved fibreglass disc. The individual grains of the ceramic Cubitron™ II abrasives are small, precisely-shaped triangles, perpendicular in arrangement, and uniform in size. Tough grinding with highest removal rate, with up to 30% faster removal. Grinding-activated additives prevent clogging and make for cooler grinding. Standard bore 22.23 mm. Application: In all metal-working industries, where high removal rates combined with very good surface finishes need to be achieved.

Application: For removing and finishing fillet welds and small welded seams, heavy deburring and light removal grinding in a single step.

WSM 617 Design: With aluminium oxide layers (A) in resin bond. With M14 connection thread. The fan-shaped radial layout is outstanding and particularly adapted to the contours of the workpiece. Application: For working with steel, stainless steel, colours, synthetics and wood with angle grinders. Especially for deburring, whereby edges can be rounded. No secondary burr is formed. Also outstanding for deburring surface laminates. As a rule, second sanding is omitted prior to re-coating. ∅ 125 mm
