CNC precision short drill chuck for clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation
Design: JIS B 6339 (MAS-BT), Form AD/B, made of alloy case- hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of approx. 950 N/mm 2 and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Taper according to DIN 254. Short design with central coolant supply, chuck and shank in one piece. Clamping (using a hex spanner) essentially increases clamping force in comparison to conventional chucks. At the same time, this secures the chuck against becoming loose during left-handed rotation or being quickly decelerated from higher speeds. Sealing disc in chuck for inner coolant drills. Taper angle: Tolerance AT3. Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm. Balancing quality: G6.3 25000 min -1 . Concentricity: 0.02 mm. Hardened 58 ±2 HRC.
