Fixed axial positioning through flange contact surface. Taper angle: Tolerance AT3. Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm. Balancing quality: G6.3 12000 min -1 . Concentricity: < 0.003 mm. Hardened 58 ±2 HRC. Application: To nest tools with cylindrical shank in collets to DIN 6499 (ER). Scope of delivery: Collet chuck complete with clamping nut.

All functional surfaces machined and guaranteed quality thanks to double 100 % control. More precise than DIN. Shank tolerance: h6. Balancing quality: G2.5 25000 min -1 . Concentricity: < 0.003 mm on the tool (3 x d). Hardened 58 -2 HRC. Application: For high-precision clamping of tools with cylindrical shank, also with clamping surfaces. Very well suited for high-speed machining. Scope of delivery: HG clamping chuck with clamping screw and pull-out hook.
