Design: DIN 69893, Form A , precision balanced. Made of special case-hardened steel for highly stressed components, with a core tensile strength of min. 1000 N/mm 2 . All functional surfaces machined and guaranteed quality thanks to double 100 % control. More precise than DIN. Balancing quality: G2.5 25000 min -1 . Concentricity: < 0.003 mm. Hardened 58 -2 HRC. Application: For clamping milling cutters with cylindrical shank in collets in accordance with DIN 6499. Scope of delivery: Collet chuck complete with clamping nut (balanced, with anti-friction coating for increased clamping force), without coolant pipe. Note: Dimension I 2 specifies the maximum insertion depth for tools.

Scope of delivery: Milling head mounting with cutter retaining screw.
