Design: The Cliparc system precision pads remain where you positioned them during processing and when opening the machine vice. Thus, no time-consuming repositioning is required and laborious assembling of parallels is no longer needed. Supplied in wooden case. Parallelism: < 0.005 mm. Application: Set the Cliparc clamp clips into the precision pads and click them into place on the vice. No mounting tools necessary. Scope of delivery: Set with 10 different pairs of bars and 4 clamp clips.

Precision clamping fixtures PL-S micro
Design: Body and jaws made of alloy tool steel, hardened and precision ground. The stationary jaw is smooth, whilst the mobile jaw comes with a horizontally ground V-block and quick adjustment. Clamping and releasing through Allen key. With quick adjustment and draw-down effect. Side clamping surfaces for clamping jaws. Supplied in a wooden case, without Allen key. Angularity 1 : 100 mm = 0.005 mm Parallelism 2 : 100 mm = 0.002 mm Application: For high working accuracy in precision grinding, milling, measuring and eroding. Note: Allen key is found on Ç 5/123.
