Deep clamping jaw

Design: Tempered and annealed in burnished finish. Particularly flat design, no protruding clamping screws. Jaws clamp simultaneously forward and downward through wedge action. Application: For clamping low disks. Scope of delivery: Deep clamping jaw (pair) complete with mounting screws DIN 912, nuts for T-slots DIN 508 (Order No. 3902) and hexagon screw driver DIN 911.

Flat clamps

Design: Steel, tempered and annealed in burnished finish. Benefits: • For clamping very flat workpieces • Lateral clamping of workpieces to machine surfaces completely without interfering contour • Horizontal and vertical deployment option Application: Push flat clamp into the T-slot in the machine table, position on workpiece, secure fixing screw for machine table. The workpiece is clamped through operating the clamping screw. Scope of delivery: Flat clamp, complete with fixtures for fastening. Note: In order to minimise wear to the mounting screws, we recommend using AMF screw paste. It has a synergistically acting combination of solid lubricants and is heat-resistant and water washout resistant.
