Push rod clamping device, self adjusting

Design: Push rod clamping device with horizontal base plate. Adjustable clamping force depending on set screw adjustment. Automatic, continuous adjustment of clamping height to various workpiece heights and widths with very consistent clamping force, without manual adjustment of the pressure screw position. The base plate hole pattern fits both mm and inches. With high quality 2-component plastic handle and removable protective cap on the thrust plate. Application: Optimal for deployment in batch production.

Design: Without angular foot. Push-pull clamping devices (push rod and hand lever running parallel) Long push rod guide with mounting thread and nut. Galvanised and passivated. Stainless steel rivets for size 2 and 3 that

run in case-hardened bearing bushings. Lever components and push rods mode of tempered steel. Bearing bushings greased. Push rod clamping devices with front-facing thread for direct installation in sheet metal walls or in jigs. Handle made of red, oil-resistant plastic. For sizes 0, 2 and 3: Ergonomic, oil-resistant handle with large hand rest and soft component. Complete with tempered, galvanised pressure screw.
