Made of chromium-vanadium electric steel, forged, head grey atramentised, with inserted tips made of highest-grade, drawn spring steel wire with large contact surface, hence no twisting of the rings. Utmost precision due to screwed hinge with internal opening spring, therefore can be highly loaded with a service life that is 10 times longer than normal in continuous operation. Plastic-coated handles. Precision design with opening restriction. As Order No. 5628, additionally with opening restriction for standard installation in series production.

Secure opening, closing and holding of rings due to self-locking precision spindle drive. Hexagonal socket to be operated with angle screwdriver, ratchet key or cordless screwdriver. Application: For the installation or de-installation of external and internal circlip in one step in areas where extreme forces have to be applied with shafts and bearings, e.g. wind and water power systems, tidal systems, generator construction, large machine construction, ship construction as well as aeronautical and space technology.
