Precision sheet spiral drill (spiral counter bore)

Design: HSS, according to factory standard, CBN deep-ground, spiral fluted. Chuck slippage is avoided by the 3-surface shank. With cross point and laser print of hole ∅ and speed. The hole ∅ can still be read with the tool rotating. Application: For burr-free drilling and reaming of sheets, pipes and profiles. Works without burrs and chatter marks and can be used in hand drills and box column drills. No punch marking required. For steel plate 0.1–2.0 mm Nirosta sheet (V2A) 0.1–1.0 mm Plastics up to 10.0 mm Non-ferrous metals 0.1–5.0 mm Note: To increase the service life, we recommend the use of drilling paste (Order No. 1312 0005, Ç 1/97).
