Piloted countersink combination system

Design: Consisting of holder, countersink pilot pins. The GFS pin-countersink combination system covers a wide range of drilling and countersinking combinations due to the holder variation options with the countersinks and pilot pins. This results in the following advantages: 1. Only 4 holder sizes are required for a working range of 5 mm to 85 mm. 2. The pilot pins rotating versions in size 1 from ∅ 8.5 mm and in size 2 from ∅ 14.0 mm and are provided with internal cooling. 3. Pin countersinks HSS-TiN coated and with soldered carbide blades are available from stock. 4. Pin countersinks are also available with turning plate assembly from ∅ 32 mm. 5. The individual elements can be combined in anyway within one size. 6. The pilot pins can be replaced without removing the countersink. Application: Suitable for DIN countersinks and with the corresponding pin/countersink combinations for step holes or countersinks outside of the norm. The holder remains in the machine when changing. The countersink and pin are clamped using a hexagon screwdriver according to DIN 911. Note: Sufficient supply of coolant is essential.
