Hand riveter Flipper ®

Nosepiece attachment: Rivet ∅ Rivet material

Design: Made of die-cast aluminium with forged pliers jaws made of high-quality steel. The required hand strength is reduced by 40% after repeated actuation. The hinge pin is mounted to prevent turning. With plug-on mandrel-collecting vessel, a spring reset for automatic mandrel ejection and an opening spring. Application: For aluminium up to ∅ 5 mm, steel and stainless steel up to ∅ 4 mm. Scope of delivery: Hand riveter Flipper ® , 1 assembly key and 3 mouthpieces 10/18, 10/24, 10/29.

Design: Made of high-quality die-cast aluminium, with closed shell, which adds stability and offers protection from dirt. The tooth segment transmission with favourable lever arm arrangement reduces the force required and dampens the tear-off effect. Repeated re-engagement very easy, even on workpiece. The hinge pin is mounted to prevent turning and features internal axial securing. In addition, the hand riveter features a plug-in and pivotable riveting mandrel container as well as handy handles. Application: For all materials from ∅ 3.0 to 6.4 mm, except PolyGrip ® and G-Bulb ® blind rivets with ∅ 6.4 mm made of stainless steel.
