Compressed air grease

Design: Painted steel pipe press body, grease delivery at any opening angle of the hand lever. To fill with loose grease, 400 g grease cartridge according to DIN 1284 or grease filler valve (Order No. 9582). Connection thread M10 x 1, delivery with armoured hose 4-jaw connector. Note: For multi-purpose grease see (order no. 9814 or 9816).

Compressed air grease gun, automatic

Design: Painted steel pipe press body, continual grease delivery by means of compressed air motor. To fill with 400 g grease cartridge according to DIN 1284, grease filler valve (order no. 9582) or loose grease. Connecting thread M10 x 1. Delivery with armoured hose 11 x 500 mm, straight nozzle 150 mm and precision connector 4 BA, M10 x 1. Note: For multi-purpose grease see (order no. 9814 or 9816).

Grease pump

Design: With hand pump (pump length 530 mm), removable one-hand gun, sequencer piston and 1.5 m hose. One-hand gun 125 cc with nozzle and 4-jaw hydraulic connector with ball valve. The flow rate is 0.4 ccm per stroke. Connection thread M10 x 1.

Compressed air lubricating equipment

Design: Mobile with trolley, with air motor and pump, removable grease gun, grease follower piston and 2 m high-pressure hose. Grease gun with nozzle tube and 4-jaw connector and Z-swivel joint, ball-bearing mounted. The pressure transmission is 50:1. Compressed air connection with plug nipple for Rectus coupling type 26, NW 7.2, flow rate 1100 g/min, 99 % container emptying. Application: For use with compressors with 80 l/min and more with a recommended air pressure of 8 bar.
