Spiral drill with cyl. Shank

Design: HSS, Co5, DIN 338. Profile grinding, right cutting, with precise point geometry as well as special point thinning and excellent thermal resistance. Normal core gradient. Angle of rake larger than normal (35°). Core thickness thicker than normal, therefore very robust and flexible use. Application: Suitable for short drilling depths up to 3 x D. Particularly suitable for titanium and titanium alloys, rust/acid/heat-resistant steels and austenitic steels, high strength/short chipping steels from 1400 N/mm 2 in strength and special alloys such as Hastelloy ® , Inconel ® and Nimonic ® .
