Precision lever gauge

Design: Housing for protection of the dovetail guides hard chrome- plated, resistant against impacts, bearing for lever gauge shaft in precision ball bearings, movements bearing supported with rubies, automatic switching of measuring direction, housing with three milled dovetail guides for holding the clamping shaft (∅ 8 mm h6), measuring insert M1.6 with 2 mm ∅ carbide-tipped, rotating outer ring. Supplied with key, in plastic case. Application: To check the concentricity of shafts and sleeves, for centring bore holes, alignment of surfaces and parallelism inspections.

Design: High-contract dial, sealed with O ring, safety disk made of mineral glass for highest protection against breakage, scratching, hot chipping as well as the highest resistance solvents, matt-chrome=plated protective housing with 3 integrated dovetail guideways, shockproof measuring unit, antimagnetic design, automatic adjustment to the probe direction, causing error-free reading, ball-bearing mounted double lever, overload protection by means of slip clutch, measuring insert with carbide ball. Supplied with key to exchange measuring inserts, measuring insert ∅ 2 mm, clamping shaft (∅ 8 mm h6), in case. Application: Measurement of concentricity, axial runout, parallelism and evenness deviations, centring of shafts or holes, parallel or right-angled alignment of workpieces.
