Cutting disc for steel

Design: Aluminium oxide (A24, A30, A46, A60), with fibre-reinforced resin bond for long life and grinding performance. Standard bore 22.23 mm. Application: Ideal for steel, cutting, profiling of sheet and solid metal. Thin cutting discs (1.0–1.9 mm thick) are ideal for fast and convenient de-burring, 2.4 mm for universal cutting jobs and 3.0 to 3.2 mm for maximum tool life with high lateral stability. Note: For more safety and higher lateral stability when working with cutting discs from 178 mm ∅, we recommend using a spanner flange, see (Order No. 8110 0010 Ç 8/15).

Design: Aluminium oxide (A46 up to A60), hard, with fibre-reinforced resin bond for long life and grinding performance. Iron, sulphur and chloride free. Standard bore 22.23 mm. Application: Ideal for cutting thin sheet metal as well as thin-walled stainless steel sections and tubes. Very cut-friendly and power-saving, low burring and low material consumption. Note: For more safety and higher lateral stability when working with cutting discs from 178 mm ∅, we recommend using a spanner flange, see (Order No. 8110 0010 Ç 8/15).
