Hydro expansion clamping holder

Advantages of the Hydraulic expansion holder - Quicker tool changes - Higher concentricity - Vibration-damping tool clamping - Increased tool service life - Reduction in micro-outbreaks on the cutting edge

Hydraulic fluid is compressed using a hydraulic clamping set (pressure screw, pressure pin, seal). The pressure causes a uniform deformation of the expansion sleeve so the tool shank is clamped with higher concentricity.

The hydraulic expansion tool-holder with axial length adjustment for metal and wood working machines with rotating tools. Designed for automatic tool changes - DIN 69871, DIN 69893-A, DIN 69893-F, DIN 69893-E und JIS B6339 MAS BT. Designed for manual tool changes - DIN 69893-C.

- Improved surface quality - Flexibility due to the use of reduction sleeves

- Low maintenance due to closed clamping system - Simple to operate
