Clamping elements and accessories

Universal clamping system for clamping all workpiece shapes, whether perpendicular, oblique, concave or convex. Design: The special feature of this clamping device is the steel screw (strength 10.9) with an eccentric head. The eccentric provides the clamping movement at very high tension. A hexagonal brass disc serves as clamping piece.

Application: Any workpiece of various shapes can be clamped using positioning pins and 1 or 2 clamping screws. The small installation height enables machining the workpiece surface without problems. Thus, the position of the clamping jaws does not have to be taken into account in CNC programming work. In addition, the compact dimensions allow space-saving multiple clamping. The tension clamps can also be used as dog.

Eccentric tension clamp with T-slot nut

Application: The tempered T-slot nuts are inserted into the T-slot guide and fixed by a setscrew. Tensioning takes place by twisting the eccentric screw.
