Combi-clamp

Design: Galvanised and passivated. Stainless steel rivet that runs in case-hardened bearing bushings. Bearing bushings greased. Ergonomic, oil-resistant handle with large hand rest and soft component. Advantages: • Positioning and clamping in a single operation • Robust and stable design • Easy workpiece removal due to completely retracted clamping arm • Superior quality acc. to the AMF quality standard Application: Exact positioning as well as safe clamping of the individual components is of paramount importance when welding fixtures. In practice, this is ensured with simultaneous use of push rod clamps in connection with Vertical acting toggle clamps. The AMF Combi-clamp meets these two tasks in a single operation thus making the deployment of different toggle clamps redundant. The Combi-clamp sliding block guide translates the lever arm movement into a horizontal and vertical clamping movement thus positioning and clamping the workpiece at the same time. Push rod clamping device, self adjusting

Design: Push rod clamping device with horizontal base plate. Adjustable clamping force depending on set screw adjustment. Automatic stepless adaptation to clamping height at approximately constant clamping force, without manual change of the pressure screw position. The base plate hole pattern fits both mm and inches. With high quality 2-component plastic handle and removable protective cap on the thrust plate. Application: Optimal for deployment in batch production.
