Solid Carbide spiral drill, 3 x D
Design: solid carbide, DIN 6537 K, type H. TiAIN coated surface, right cutting with 4 surface point. Convex flutes give the tool extremely high stability and ensure the optimum chip breaking. The slot profile adapted to suit hard machining safely transports the chips out of the hole. Carbide application group: K/P –universal use. (Ultrafinest grain K05–K50/P05–P50) Application: Suitable for holes in annealed steels up to 62 HRC. Note: The drills can be sharpened and recoated several times.

Solid Carbide spiral drill, SuperLine, 3 x D
Design: Ultrafinest grainsolid carbide, DIN 6537, type RT 100 U. Fire coated surface, right cutting with special point geometry and ratio point thinning. Normal angle of rake, core thickness thicker than normal and without core gradient. The drill has a very good self centring behaviour and produces short chips, even from longchipping materials. Carbide application group: K/P –universal use. (Ultrafine grain K05–K50/P05–P50) Application: For accurate holes with narrow ∅ tolerances and good surfaces. Suitable for drilling holes up to 3 x D with the best cutting values. Particularly suitable for long and shortchipping materials such as GGS and ADI, casting materials, grey cast iron, nodular graphite iron and malleable cast iron, high alloy AlSi alloys and alloy steels up to 1200 N/mm 2 in strength.
