Design: Sturdy, ergonomic housing with protective rubber coating and large, illuminated LC display. Shows wood groups, building materials, measurement value, bar display, wet-dry indication, minimum and maximum values. Switchable from °C to °F, automatic and manual temperature compensation, self-test function, replaceable measuring tips and automatic switch-off. Design: Measuring instrument for determining non-metal layers on metal subsurfaces. The layer thickness measurement takes place using the indication and eddy-current principles. With illuminated, clear LC display and USB interface for the transmission of measurement data and assessment using software. The small measuring head permits highly accurate measurement of the layer thickness. Internal memory for 400 measurement values. Supplied with calibration references, software, USB cable and 2 micro batteries AAA/LR03, 1.5 V, in plastic case. Accuracy 0–850 µm (± 3 % + 1 µm), 850–1250 µm (± 5 %).
