Precision collet GERC-HP

Design: Precision collets GERC-HP DIN ISO 15488-B (old DIN 6499). The collets have an average system accuracy of 3 µm (with distance 3 x D max. 50 mm) in precision collet chucks (for GERC8-HP it is 6 µm). They are all protected against corrosion with the new FAHRION Protect coating. GERC-HP collets are especially suitable for use in the HSC range and for high-precision machining results, where you only have nominal size (tolerance h10) machining. In the standard collet chuck they have normal clamping diameter bridging; the blue identification ring, which does not have any sealing function, needs to be removed. However, we recommend machining to nominal size.
