3D probe NG with short adapter Design: Protection class IP 67. With integrated short adapter and enlarged travel path. No manual setting of the concentricity nor recalibration required. Concentricity: 0.01 mm. Accuracy: 0.01 mm. Application: Simple workpiece measuring when there is little space around the machine, in milling and grinding machines, and for workpiece zero setting and length measurements in any probe direction. Note: Replacement probe tip (Order No. 3777 Ç 3/125).

Precision centring device Centro
Design: At slow speeds, the spindle is moved close to the axis being searched for. The probe tip slides along the wall of the bore hole or shank. As long as the spindle and the axis being searched for do not align, the probe tip deflects during rotation and transfers the movement onto a large dial gauge. The dial gauge does not turn with the spindle, and thus can always be viewed by the operator. The position of the spindle can now be corrected until the pointers on the dial gauge stand still. Concentricity errors of the spindle or clamping are aligned. With clamping shank ∅ 16 mm. Application: For the fast and precise determination of bores, spindles, planing surfaces and reference edges centred to the working spindle on milling machines. Can be used horizontally or vertically. Scope of delivery: Precision centring device with straight probe tip ∅ 5 mm.
