HSS Metal Slitting Saw Blade

Design: Material no. 1.3343 (HSS-DMo5), bore H7, in accordance with DIN 1840, hollow-ground. The base material is laser-cut with a bright surface finish. Hardened and multiple times tempered to 63–65 HRC. 2671 High-performance "Base Cut", wear-resistant coating according to the PVD process as protection against material pick-up, to improve tool life and use of coolant. Application: Can be used on manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic sawing machines. For cutting construction steels, non-alloyed tool steel, tough and hard and tough materials (V 2A, V 4A) with material strengths up to 850 N/mm 2 .
