Segmental Circular Saw Blade

Design: Segments made of HSS-DMo5, bright, hardened and repeatedly annealed to 63–65 HRC. Body made of hardened and tempered special steel with a strength of approx. 1400 N/mm 2 . The extremely tapered relief grinding of the segments in conjunction with the ground cooling channels ensures optimum coolant feed to the cutting area and thus guarantees optimum stock removal. Tooth shape HZ = Curved tooth with roughing and finishing teeth. Application: For cutting construction steel and non-alloyed tool steel with material strengths up to 850 N/mm 2 . Particularly suitable for machines with powerful drive capacities and changing material cross-sections. Note: Always use sufficient coolant.

Design: High quality hard-metal equipped saw blades (Dry Cutter) for JEPSON-cold circular saws, also for universal use. Without pin holes. Special tooth shape Application: Saw blades particularly suited for dry cut in metal. Saw fast, with little burr and without cooling.
