Design: Robust construction with integrated torsion transducer (DMS). The tester has 4 holes for attaching. Mounting the test torque wrench occurs by means of square or hexagonal shank. In addition, the devices are equipped with square adapter (see table for sizes). First peak detec- tion (first peak/sticking point detection), accuracy ± 1 % tolerance for all readings, ± 1 digit. Switches between N • m and lbf • ft. Moreover, the device has an RS232 serial interface. Delivery includes power adapter with Euro plug, operator manual in 3 languages and test certi- ficate. Application: To check or adjust clockwise direction torque wrench. Through simple operation and rugged construction suitable for workshop, industrial and quality assurance.

With 3 application modes – concurrent display (track), inflection point detection (first peak) and peak indicator (final peak), accuracy ± 1 % tolerance for all readings. Large LED display with 3 LEDs for easily recognizable status indication. Switches between N • m, lbf • ft and Ibf • in. In addition, the device has a serial RS232 interface.
