Zinc spray

Design: 95 % Zinc purity, heat resistant to +500 °C. Highly pigmented, 90% zinc in the dry film. Quick-drying, electrically conductive and can be varnished. Application: Zinc primer for metallic substrates. Ideal for exhaust systems, manifolds, pipe elbows, heat exchangers, automotive repair and body work. Furthermore, suitable for repair of damaged hot-dip galvanizing, for corrosion protection of welded joints, steel buildings, steel doors, road barriers, smoke explorers and other thermally stressed parts.

Zinc Alu Spray 800

Design: Heat resistant to +500 °C. Quick-drying, electrically conductive and can be varnished. Forms a tough, flexible, non-greasy protective film that can be welded. Application: Primer for metallic substrates. Long-term protection for polished and electroplated iron workpieces, for repairs of damaged galvanised parts and for coating of welding and drilling.

Zinc dust colour

Design: The zinc dust paint consists of about 95% zinc and 5% resin. Zinc gives metal surfaces cathodic rust protection and protects by by means of resistant synthetic resin film. Dilution is performed by a commercially available resin dilution, paint thinner or universal thinner, see (Order No. 9838 or 9840). Application: Water-resistant, double protection against rust formation on metals. Ideal for car body repairs, to repair damaged zinc coatings, for coating of drilling and welding points, as conductive intermediate layer in spot welding, as a primer for water- and weather-hazard systems and the protection of steel structures, pipelines, ships, oil platforms, sea containers, etc.

Aluminium spray

Design: Heat resistant up to +800 °C, from 99.5% pure aluminium. Application: Corrosion protection for all metallic substrates. For wheels, exhausts and truck bodies as well as in air-conditioning and ventilation technology, for combustion turbines, piping, tanks and to achieve a colour match with the freshly galvanised surface after application of zinc spray.
