Design: Temperature resistant from to -30 °C to +90 °C, dropping point ca. 100 °C. Viscosity of 14 to 16 s/4 mm, and dry matter content of approx. 16%. Passes the salt spray test (DIN 50 021) in 240 hours. Application: As a temporary corrosion protection for suitable components, such as on folds and surfaces on motor vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural implements and tools. Also suitable for interior preservation of pressure vessels.

Silicone spray

Design: Solvent-free, temperature resistant from -50 °C to +180 °C. Application: The ideal assembly aid. Makes a tremendously stable lubricating, and protective film. Protects against moisture and rust. Lubricates, protects, impregnates and eliminates jamming, squeaking and sticking of workpieces. Therefore, for universal use as a release agent and anti blocking agent for paper, wood, printing and packaging industries as well as for the foam and textile processing, for the protective gas and electrode manual welding, as a release agent for plastics technology, for all thermoplastics and thermo sets and rubber (except silicone rubber) and as maintenance and care product for the automotive sector.

Separating spray

Design: Silicone free. Application: Protects the welding nozzle and acts as a blowing agent for protective gas and electric welding. Prevents sticking and burning on gas nozzle and workpiece surfaces. After treatment, the workpieces can be painted, electroplated, anodised, and burnished without any problem.
