Design: Mineral oil-based EP drilling emulsion, chlorine-free, absolutely stable and homogeneous. Immune to hardness ranges in water (lime, etc.). Largely resistant to microbial attack. When used properly, physiologically safe Application: Emulsifiable for long tool life. Ideal for drilling, turning, milling, sawing and thread cutting. For aluminium, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, cast iron and stainless steel. Use concentration: milling approx. 9% solution (1 l concentration in 11 l of water), sawing, turning, drilling: approx. 10% (1 l concentration in 10 l of water), threading: approx. 10% (1 l concentration in 10 l of water).
