High performance cooling lubricant concentrate

Design: Organically stable, contains mineral oil, nitrite-and chlorine-free and free of PCB, PCT compounds and bacteria. The concentrate is alkaline. Application: Concentrate is stirred intensively into the water used and forms a very stable handling friendly emulsion with which high tool life and perfect surface quality are achieved. Good corrosion protection, long service life of the emulsion and good skin compatibility. Ideal for drilling, turning, milling, sawing, grinding and thread cutting. Use concentration: milling approx. 3% solution (1 l concentration in 35 l of water), sawing, turning, drilling: approx. 5% (1 l concentration in 19 l of water), threading: approx. 9% (1 l concentration in 11 l of water).

Design: Long term stable, water-miscible cooling lubricant based on mineral oil with EP wear protective substances. Application: Emulsion stable with good corrosion protection. Universally applicable for almost all materials and manufacturing, such as turning, milling, drilling machines, saws, etc. chlorine-free, silicone-free. Corresponds to TRGS 611. Use concentration: 5%.

Design: Semi synthetic, water-miscible cooling lubricant, chlorine and nitrite-free. Application: Stable long term emulsion for drilling, turning, milling, sawing and sanding. Suitable for central installations and single machines. Corresponds to TRGS 611. The coolant provides good corrosion protection and good lubricity. Use concentration: 5-6%.

Design: Synthetic, water-miscible cooling lubricant with special combination of EP active ingredients. The clear solution is chlorine-, boron-free, amine-free and seal compatible. Application: For processing steel and stainless steel. Very good performance for drilling, turning, milling, thread cutting and sawing, good results in tapping and reaming. Meets the requirements of TRGS 611. Use concentration: 5% (normal processing), 10% (heavy processing).
