Engraving blank form A, round

Design: HSS Co10, according to company standard, hardened, annealed, true to size and dressed to size. Pre-profiled on one side (bisection with 0.1 mm measurement), with straight cutting edge (length of cutting edge 1.5 x D). One end non-machined. Hardness approx. 63–68 HRC. Tolerance for form A: Length: ± 2 mm ∅: h8 Application: Ground to be suitable for engraving lettering and contours as well as for contour turning and copy milling in dip working and mould-making. The pre-profiled bisection is quickly adapted to the required purpose of application by finish-grinding.
