Design: DIN 69871, form AD/B, from alloy case-hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of approx. 950 N/mm 2 and a hardness depth of min 0.5 mm. Taper to DIN 254. Hardened according to 60–2 HRC. All functional surfaces machined. Taper angle: Tolerance AT3. Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm. Concentricity: < 0.003 mm. Application: For clamping tools with cylindrical shank in collets according to DIN 6499. Supplied: Collet chuck complete with clamping nut (finely balanced, with slide coating for increased clamping force). Note: Dimension I 2 specifies the maximum insertion depth for tools.
