Design: JISB 6339 (MAS-BT), form AD, from alloy case-hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of approx. 950 N/mm 2 and a hard- ness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Taper to DIN 254. Hardened 58 ±2 HRC. Taper angle: Tolerance AT3. Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm. Bore tolerance: H5. Concentricity: < 0.01 mm. Balancing quality: G6.3 15000 min -1 . Application: For mounting tools with cross groove according to DIN 1880.

Precision milling head mounting

Design: JISB 6339 (MAS-BT), form AD/B, precision balanced. Made of alloy case-hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of ca. 950 N/mm 2 and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Hardened 60 -2 HRC. All functional surfaces machined. With coolant outlet holes on the end face for milling cutters and internal cooling. Taper tolerance: AT3. Concentricity: < 0.006 mm. Balancing quality: G2.5 22000 min -1 . Application: For mounting cutter heads and milling cutters with cross groove DIN 1880. Supplied: Milling head mounting cpl. with cutter retaining screw.

Application: For mounting tools with longitudinal and cross groove according to DIN 841, 842, 1830 and 1880. Supplied: Combi shell end mill arbour complete with cutter retaining screw, driving ring and feather key.
